Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination.
Processing and production times
- Frames without prescription lenses are typically prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days.
- Prescription lens orders are custom manufactured to your prescription and require additional production time, typically 2 to 3 weeks before shipment. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with demand and lens complexity.
Transit and tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination and are outside our control once an order is in transit.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or checkout shipping charge. Applicable Canadian taxes are calculated at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the order, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at don@see-hear.ca and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
